COMMISSION SCHEDULE
The commission schedule follows...
- For certificates of Deposit, 0.3% on purchase.
- For treasury securities, 0.25% on purchase.
- For mutual funds, 4% front load.
- For municipal bonds, 0.2% on purchase.
- For corporate bonds, 0.5% on purchase.
STOCKS (Buy or Sell)
For any order, two items affect total commission: Price per share and number of
shares. Total commission equals the total of three items:
- Base commission
- Surcharges on price per share
- Surcharges on number of shares
Commission Calculations
- If the order totals at least $10,000, then base commission is 4 percent of the
order, plus $134.
- If the order totals at least $1000, but less than $10,000, then base commission
is 5 percent of the order, plus $34.
- If the order totals less than $1000, then base commission is 8.4 percent of the
order amount.
- On shares selling for $14 to $25 each, total commission equals base commission
plus 2 percent of base commission.
- On shares selling for under $14 per share, total commission equals base
commission plus 5 percent of base commission.
- "Odd lots" are shares bought or sold in other than multiples of 100 shares. On
odd-lot sales, add another 4 percent of base commission to base commission.
